บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล  ปัจจัยภายในและปัจจัยภายนอกที่มีผลต่อความต้องการเลือกประกอบอาชีพของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในจังหวัดลำปาง เป็นวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยการใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา จำนวน 400 คน ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณา ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ส่วนใหญ่ศึกษายังสถาบันการศึกษาของรัฐบาล ส่วนใหญ่มีเกรดเฉลี่ยในระดับ 3.01-3.50 มากที่สุด มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน คือ 1,001 – 3,000 บาท อาชีพที่ตัดสินใจจะเลือกทำมากที่สุด คือ ทำงานส่?วนตัวหรือประกอบอาชีพอิสระ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 48.50 รองลงมา คือ บริษัทหรือ ห้างร้านเอกชน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 29.50 และลำดับสุดท้ายคือรับราชการ สำหรับปัจจัยภายในที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกประกอบอาชีพของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดลำปาง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.46  เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ค่านิยม มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดเท่ากับ 3.61, การเรียนรู้ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.46, บุคลิกภาพ 3.45,  ความจำเป็น ความต้องการ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.40, รูปแบบการดำรงชีวิต มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.35 ตามลำดับ ส่วนปัจจัยภายนอกที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกประกอบอาชีพของนักศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.35 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ปัจจัยลักษณะงาน/ โอกาสในความก้าวหน้า มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.56, ปัจจัยค่าตอบแทน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.55 ปัจจัยแนวโน้มทางการตลาด (กระแสนิยม) มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.49, สังคม และวัฒนธรรม 3.34, ครอบครัว มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.11, กลุ่มอ้างอิง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.08

Abstract

This research article aims to to study personal factors internal and external factors affecting career choices of undergraduate students in lampangprovince.An exploratory research by using a questionnaire. The sample group used in the study consisted of 400 people.Using descriptive statistics, average percentages respondents mostly female. Most of them studied at government institutions. Most of them had a grade point average of 3.01-3.50 the most. The average monthly income was 1,001 – 3,000 baht. The occupation that they decided to choose to do the most was self-employed or self-employed accounted for 48.50%.Followed by companies or private shops accounted for 29.50 percent.And the last order was government service Internal factors affecting career choice among undergraduate students in muangdistrict, lampangprovince overall, it was at a moderate level. With an average of 3.46. When considering each aspect, it was found that the values were the most average was 3.61, learning was 3.46 mean, personality 3.45, necessities and needs were 3.40 mean, life style. The mean was 3.35, respectively. As for the external factors affecting the student's career choice Overall, it was at a moderate level. with a mean of 3.35 when considering each side found that Job characteristics/advancement opportunities has an average of 3.56 , compensation factor. The mean was 3.55, the market trend factor (popular trend) was 3.49 mean, social and cultural 3.34, family was 3.11 mean, the reference group was 3.08.
